The Auburn Elementary School PTO (Parent-Teacher Organization) operates independent from the school and is organized exclusively for educational purposes such as those organizations that qualify as exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We are a 100% volunteer organization composed of AES parents and teachers.

Our Purpose

  • Support the educational programs and extracurricular activities of the school.
  • Encourage parent/grandparent involvement in their individual children’s lives with fun family events.
  • Coordinate programs and projects that will support or enrich the curriculum.
  • Organize fundraising efforts to support additional programs, equipment, and services not covered in the school budget.
  • Recruit and coordinator volunteer efforts to staff PTO functions and assist with school programs.

Our Goals

  • Improve participation and overall enthusiasm in our organization.
  • Support and encourage positive relationships within our school and community.
  • Achieve our fundraising goal and purchase new playground equipment for the school.
