The Barrow County Health Department, partnered with the Barrow County Schools, is happy to offer every child enrolled in Barrow County a flu vaccine with no co-pays or fees during the week of fall break. If your child has insurance, bring a copy of your insurance card; children with no insurance will receive a flu vaccine at no cost Parents may also receive the vaccine if they have their insurance card or $25 cash. The health department will be offering flu shots each day from Tuesday, October 11th to Friday, October 14th, beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Parents… Your input matters!! Please take a moment to complete the Georgia Schools’ Parent Survey HERE. The data collected from this survey is a critical component in calculating of our School Climate Star Rating. If you do not have access to the Internet, please contact the front office to schedule a day and time to use the school’s computer lab. The survey contains 24 questions and will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis.
