Our annual AES Santa Shop will be held on December 5th-9th from 9am-3pm daily in the Kindergarten Conference Room. Student flyers will go home in Wednesday folders this week. To make this “fun-raiser” a huge success WE NEED MANY VOLUNTEERS to assist with gift wrapping, running a cash register, helping students shop, restocking supplies, and more! Sign up slots are broken into 1 hour increments but we encourage everyone to sign up for as many hours as you can. Please click HERE to view our online sign up sheet.

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS: Check out the new “Opportunity Board” located in the hallway outside of Mrs. Williams’ office; near the Media Center. The purpose of the board is to help match volunteers with the needs of AES faculty and staff members. Here’s the basic idea: A teacher has a need, they fill out a request form, and place it on the board… a volunteer comes by, picks it off the board, and fills the need. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know. AES PTO is always happy to help!
